Important updates for getting Turkish citizenship:

▪️ Today, a decision came into force, according to which foreign citizens can no longer obtain citizenship when acquiring a plot of land worth 400 thousand dollars. Now it is mandatory to have a building (building, condominium, etc.) on the plot. The purpose of these changes is to stimulate sales of residential real estate, given the high demand for land plots.

▪️ From 12.12.2023, Turkish citizenship can be obtained only with the purchase of residential or commercial real estate.
