Districts of Alanya: Tosmur

Tosmur is one of the promising areas of Alanya, where new comfortable residential complexes are being built.

The main advantage of the coastal strip is crystal clear water, as the sandy surface at the water's edge is replaced by fine pebbles. In some places there are natural stone slabs, near which it is better not to swim.

 The Dim Chai River is a landmark and pride of Tosmur and Alanya. In just a few years, not only locals but also foreigners have taken a liking to its green banks, where even on the hottest days the weather is cool. On its shore, literally 3 kilometers from the sea coast, there are fish restaurants and cafes, recreation areas, gazebos. The favorite dish of visitors is freshly caught fish. As the mountainous Dim Chai River flows into the Mediterranean Sea in this part of the coast, the area near its mouth is fresh and cool even in the hottest weather. There are also convenient entrances to the water here. 

Tosmur Beach or Tosmur Beach is the main beach, maximally equipped for recreation with deck chairs, umbrellas, showers, toilets, changing rooms and cozy cafes, ready to receive a large number of tourists. During the holiday season there is a lifeguard service on duty on the coast.

In Tosmur there is a large-scale construction of residential areas. Residential complexes are located at some distance from the coast. At the same time, many houses can boast step-by-step accessibility to the beaches. In modern residential buildings provide a diverse internal infrastructure at the level of five-star hotels. Large residential buildings are built according to the project "city in the city": owners of apartments have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas and SPA-salons, fitness clubs, playgrounds, cinemas, parking, 24-hour security and much more. The scale and variety of infrastructure facilities depend on the status of the residential complex.
